Escalante Area (Utah)
The Escalante area offers a lot to visit and photograph and I like to return there again and again over the years (also visiting good friends who live there).
You can enjoy the area from the Highway 12, with its section between Escalante and Boulder considered as one of the most scenic road in America, which
gives access to many nice places, but with a SUV you can also take several dirts roads leading to more trailheads to hike in some remote and wonderful canyons.
I have to come back there with my recent digital camera as the pictures you'll see in this section don't give you an idea of all you can enjoy in this aera.
